For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
- Grooming Products (e.g., brushes, shampoos)
- Cat Food & Treats
- Personalized or Custom Products
3. How to Return an Item
If your item meets the return criteria:

- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted beyond 50% off are not eligible for returns or refunds.
